Terms
Last updated 25 September 2026. Dr Band Clinic Limited.
These terms apply to using this website and to booking and having treatment at SkinBros. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Who we are
SkinBros is a trading name of Dr Band Clinic Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 13170629, registered office 6 Glebe House, Cross Lanes, Guildford, England, GU1 1SX. The clinic is SkinBros 001, 5 Goodge Place, London W1T 4SD. Email [email protected].
Our doctors
Every treatment is carried out by a doctor registered with the General Medical Council (gmc-uk.org), the regulator for doctors in the UK, under the professional title of registered medical practitioner. Our doctors follow the GMC's Good Medical Practice and its guidance for doctors who offer cosmetic interventions, both published on the GMC's website. You can check any of our doctors on the medical register.
Our doctors hold medical indemnity cover for the treatments they provide, as the law requires. The name of the insurer and the cover it gives are available from us on request.
Who we can treat
You must be 18 or over. There are no exceptions: giving cosmetic injectables to anyone under 18 is a criminal offence in England, and so is booking it for them. You confirm your age when you book, and we ask for photo identification from anyone who looks under 25.
Booking an appointment
- Booking reserves a time with a doctor. It costs nothing, and it does not commit you to having any treatment or paying anything. You can choose to pay when you book, but you never have to: see "Paying online" below.
- Every appointment starts with a consultation. The contract for any treatment is made in the clinic, when you decide to go ahead after that consultation, and not before.
- You never have to go ahead on the day. If you want time to think, or to read about the risks first, say so: we will book the treatment for another day, and the consultation stays free.
- A doctor can decline to treat you if he judges that a treatment is not right for you. That is a clinical decision. You are not charged for an appointment that ends that way.
Moving, cancelling and missed appointments
- Your booking confirmation has a link to move or cancel your appointment at any time, free. Please use it as early as you can if your plans change.
- If you miss two appointments without telling us, we may ask for a deposit of up to half the price of your next appointment before we can book it. The deposit comes off your bill on the day, and it is refunded in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- If we have to move your appointment, we will tell you as soon as we know and offer you the next time that suits you.
Prices and paying
- Every price on the menu is the total you pay, including any VAT. It includes the consultation, the treatment, aftercare and your two-week review. Nothing is added at the chair.
- Treatment for lines with a prescription-only medicine is priced by area, and the price is confirmed at your consultation. Skin boosters are priced by treatment. Filler is priced by the millilitre, at one rate for every area (£350 a ml), with lower rates from 5ml and from 10ml as shown on the price list, and you never pay more than the next pack up. One syringe (1ml) is the minimum. A pack is used in one visit.
- How much filler you need is a clinical decision, made for your face, not to reach a price. Before anything is done, the doctor tells you the amount and the total. That total does not change once treatment starts.
- The two-week review is free. For treatment of lines, a top-up at the review is included if the doctor judges it is needed. If more filler is needed at the review, it is charged at the usual rate per ml, and you are told first.
- You pay in the clinic, after your consultation, once you have decided to go ahead, unless you chose to pay online when you booked.
- Prices can change. The price that applies is the one on the price list when you have your treatment, and if it has changed since you booked, we will tell you before anything is done.
Treatment and results
- Aesthetic treatment is a medical procedure with risks. The doctor explains them, and what the alternatives are, before you decide, and your consent is recorded in writing.
- Some treatments for lines use a prescription-only medicine. It is only ever prescribed by the doctor, in person, after examining you at your consultation, and only if it is right for you.
- Individual results vary. Nobody can promise you a particular outcome, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Paying online
- When you book, you can choose to pay for your treatment there and then, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It is optional. Paying in the clinic after your consultation is always available.
- Paying online does not change anything about the consultation. The treatment is still only agreed in the clinic, after it, and you still never have to go ahead on the day.
- Cancel at any time before your appointment, from the link in your confirmation, and the payment goes back to your card in full, automatically.
- If at your consultation you decide not to go ahead, want time to think, or the doctor decides the treatment is not right for you, you get a full refund. If you would rather, we can keep it for a new appointment instead.
- For filler, you pay for the number of ml you choose. The doctor tells you the amount you actually need before anything is done, and the total is worked out at the rate for that amount. If it is less than you paid for, the difference goes back to your card; if it is more, you pay the difference in the clinic.
- If you miss an appointment you paid for, we will get in touch: the payment can move to a new time, or come back to you.
- Refunds go to the card or account you paid with, and usually show within 5 to 10 working days. Payments are taken by Stripe for Dr Band Clinic Limited, which runs SkinBros, and appear on your statement under the clinic's name.
If something is not right
We carry out every treatment with reasonable care and skill. If we do not, you are entitled to have it put right, or, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, to a reduction in the price, which can mean a full refund. Treatment cannot be taken back once it has been done, so we do not refund a change of mind afterwards. If you are unhappy, come and tell us, and the doctor will go through the options with you. We would much rather have that conversation than not.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you went ahead. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Complaints
Our complaints process, and what happens if we cannot resolve a complaint, are on the complaints page. We would always rather hear from you first.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
